Each day we plan to upload a mindfulness practice that will help ensure our minds are staying happy and healthy. It is just as important that are minds are as healthy as our bodies so please try to complete these each day or whenever you feel you need to.
You might already be familiar with some mindfulness practices (finger breathing, square breathing, happy memories, bunny breaths, snake breathing) so feel free to use what works best for you.
It might also be a good idea to keep a positivity diary and record positive and happy memories about your days. You could do this on paper, on the blog, twitter or google classroom or even just in your head. Whatever works best for you but it is important to remember the positive things that are still happening.
